EB-5 Program Eligibility

To be considered for participation in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, applicants should generally:

• Demonstrate eligibility under applicable U.S. immigration laws and regulations
• Provide documentation verifying the lawful source and path of investment funds
• Meet the investment and job-creation requirements established by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
